We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store display
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory, and visual merchandising
Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous retail or customer service experience (1–2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Presentable, energetic, and goal-driven
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
