Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
Handle cash register operations, process payments, and issue receipts
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Assist in visual merchandising and display setup
Participate in stock-taking and inventory management
Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
