Position: Sales Boy/Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, attentive service.
Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
Ensure that shelves are stocked, organized, and well-presented.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions at the checkout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including tidying up displays and common areas.
Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal sales events.
Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting and stocking.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
