Description

Generates sales reports and records the pipeline of the sales department
Maintains file systems and database of sales records
Liaise with the estimation departments to review the technical submittals throughout the ordering cycle
Liaise with the project coordinator to ensure the delivery schedules are in line with the established lead time
Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
Handling calls, emails and answer customer queries as and when its required.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
