We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products.

Promote and sell products to meet sales targets.

Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and offers.

Process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and neatly arranged.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Support in daily store operations and inventory management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience preferred (not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and cash handling.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum high school education or equivalent.
