Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with products and inquiries.
Maintain product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organized.
Process customer transactions accurately (cashier duties if required).
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Assist with inventory, stock counting, and reporting shortages.
Maintain store cleanliness and display standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Lady or in retail is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Pleasant and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
