We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through effective leadership and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to improve effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support business goals
Handle high-level negotiations and close key deals
Ensure customer satisfaction and address escalated concerns or feedback
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Prepare regular sales forecasts and budgeting plans

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
UAE driving license (if required)

Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent travel to client sites
May require flexible working hours, including weekends, depending on business needs
