Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting products.

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Maintain product displays and ensure the shop floor is organized.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
