School Bus Attendant Wanted

Position: School Bus Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus.
Ensure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts, if applicable.
Supervise children during the bus ride to maintain order and safety.
Help students with special needs or younger children as needed.
Communicate with the bus driver to address any safety concerns or behavioral issues.
Report any incidents or accidents to school administrators.
Ensure the bus is clean and free of hazards.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards students, parents, and staff.
Escort children across the street when necessary to ensure their safety.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
Ability to manage children and enforce bus rules effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work early mornings and afternoons, as well as occasional special events.
