School Bus Attendant (Freshers)
Location: Dubai

We are looking for a Fresh School Bus Attendant to join our school transportation team in Dubai. This role is perfect for individuals who care about student safety and are eager to work in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus
Ensure all students are seated and wearing seat belts before the bus starts moving
Monitor student behavior on the bus and ensure a safe, orderly environment
Help younger students with their belongings and ensure they are safely seated
Communicate with the bus driver regarding any concerns or issues during the trip
Provide assistance during emergency procedures and bus drills
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the school administration

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Ability to work with children and manage their safety
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons
Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required
