Position: School Bus Attendant

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible School Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and well-being of students while traveling to and from school. If you have a caring attitude and enjoy working with children, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus.
Ensure that all students are seated and wearing seat belts (if applicable).
Maintain order and discipline on the bus to ensure a safe environment.
Provide assistance to students with special needs or disabilities.
Communicate with the bus driver to address any issues or concerns.
Report any incidents or safety concerns to school authorities.
Ensure that emergency procedures are followed when necessary.
Help with maintaining cleanliness and organization inside the bus.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience working with children is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies professionally.
Patience, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanor.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid is an advantage.
Willingness to work early morning and afternoon shifts.
