Job Description:
We are looking for a vigilant and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our supermarket. As a key part of our team, you will deter theft, handle emergencies, and provide excellent customer service while enforcing store policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor store entrances, exits, and security cameras

Prevent theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activity

Assist with crowd control and customer disputes when needed

Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations

Escort employees or customers to their vehicles when required

Write detailed incident reports and communicate with management

Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary

Requirements:
Valid security license (if required in your area)

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in security or customer service preferred

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Good physical condition and ability to stand/walk for long periods

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
