Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. This role involves monitoring premises, ensuring safety and security, and supporting the organization in maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibility:
Patrol and inspect the property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by enforcing security procedures.
Check identification, authorize entry, and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
Act quickly in emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats, following company protocols.

Requirements:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Experience with surveillance systems and alarm monitoring (a plus).
Strong observational and surveillance skills.
Ability to stay alert and act quickly in emergencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic report-writing skills for incident documentation.
Ability to handle conflicts professionally and de-escalate tense situations.
Good physical condition (standing, patrolling, or responding to emergencies).
Ability to lift or restrain individuals if necessary.
Clear vision and hearing for monitoring surroundings.
