Description

We are looking for Security Supervisor who will do the following roles

Security Manager Duties and Responsibilities
 Security Operations Management
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

Supervise daily security operations, guard force, and control room staff.

Manage shift schedules and ensure proper coverage at all times.

Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems.

Monitor and assess risks to people, assets, and property.

 Risk Management & Incident Response
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability audits.

Identify potential security threats and create preventive strategies.

Lead investigations of security breaches, theft, or suspicious activities.

Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

 Staff Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.

Conduct refresher training on emergency procedures and security protocols.

Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals.

Ensure all staff comply with legal and company security standards.

 Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, access logs, reports, and audits.

Prepare and present security reports to management.

 Emergency Preparedness
Develop and update emergency response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, lockdown).

Conduct regular drills (fire evacuation, active threat scenarios).

Act as the point of contact during emergencies.

 Asset & Facilities Protection
Secure premises, assets, personnel, and visitors.

Oversee security of parking areas, deliveries, and perimeter controls.

Manage key control systems and safeguarding of sensitive areas.

 Liaison & Coordination
Work closely with management, HR, IT, and legal departments on security matters.

Liaise with contractors, service providers, and external agencies (police, civil defense).

Represent the company in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

 Technology Management
Evaluate and recommend upgrades to security systems (CCTV, alarms, biometrics).

Oversee maintenance and functionality of security equipment.
