Description

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to9 perform the following roles

 Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Supervision
Manage and schedule hotel security guards and personnel

Conduct briefings and assign daily duties

Ensure staff compliance with hotel security procedures

2. Guest & Staff Safety
Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and restricted areas

Respond to emergencies (e.g., medical, fire, theft)

Escort VIPs or handle difficult guest situations professionally

3. Surveillance & Patrols
Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems

Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises

Report suspicious activities and security breaches

4. Access Control
Supervise visitor logbooks, ID checks, and key control

Ensure only authorized personnel access secure areas

Monitor deliveries and back-of-house entrances

5. Incident Management
Document and report accidents, thefts, or disturbances

Liaise with police or emergency services when needed

Prepare detailed incident and shift reports

6. Training & Compliance
Train new guards in hotel protocols and emergency procedures

Conduct fire drills and evacuation training
