Location: Palestine Garage, Ras Al Khaimah
Position: Full-Time, Service Advisor

We’re looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team and help manage both customer relationships and garage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their service needs, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as the liaison between the customer and the technicians, ensuring clear communication about services required and estimated costs.
Manage work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of services.
Coordinate with the team to schedule repairs, maintenance, and other services.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service and any changes to the work plan.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Oversee the daily workflow in the garage, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources.
Maintain accurate records of all service transactions.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is preferred but not essential.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
