Description:

1. Shall be responsible for organising shipping and receiving materials from overseas.
2. Must be familiar with Letter of Credit documents, Bill of Lading and all other requirements for exporting and importing materials.
3. Should have handled shipping independently.
4. Must be a graduate with specialization in shipping.
5. Execute shipping plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
6. Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
7. Ability to communicate effectively inter departmentally, and externally with vendors, freight companies, and others.
8. Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs, focusing on customer service.
9. Ability to compile reports and compose general business correspondence.
10. Experience as Shipping Executive

Skills:
1. Managing freight/cargo/courier operations effectively and efficiently,
2. Excellent geographical knowledge.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Good knowledge of courier, logistics and customs procedures.
