Description

Receive, verify, and document inbound shipments; inspect for damage and discrepancies; sign for deliveries as required.
Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to schedule pickups and deliveries; communicate delays or issues.
Prepare shipments for outbound orders; ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation (packing lists, bills of lading).
Enter and track inventory movements in the warehouse management system (WMS) or logbook; perform cycle counts as needed.
Assist with putaway and order fulfillment; stage items for storage or dispatch.
