Job Opening: Site Foreman

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. As a key part of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by supervising site operations, managing labor and materials, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.

Allocate general and daily responsibilities to site workers and subcontractors.

Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards.

Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors.

Maintain site documentation, including timesheets, site diaries, and progress reports.

Resolve on-site issues and report progress to management.

Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in construction.

Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance.

Trade certification or relevant qualifications preferred.

Driver’s license and own transport (if required).
