Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction or project sites in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure project completion within set deadlines.
Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are carried out according to plans and safety regulations.
Monitor progress of construction and report any issues or delays to project management.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and meet project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed.
Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
Familiarity with UAE safety and building regulations is an advantage.
