Description

We are seeking a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee construction and site activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and workers.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Ensure all work is done in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Enforce safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material usage logs.
Manage tools, materials, and equipment on site.
Resolve minor issues and escalate major ones to the project manager.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of site supervision experience in UAE (civil, MEP, or interior fit-out preferred).
Familiarity with UAE construction codes and standards.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
Proficient in basic MS Office and report writing.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
