Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth operations
Monitor work progress and report updates to the project manager
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on site
Maintain site documentation including attendance, materials, and progress records
Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to prevent delays
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Manage manpower and allocate tasks based on the daily work schedule

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety guidelines
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
UAE driving license (preferred)
