Description

Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions and practice drills for various sports teams
Develop game strategies and tactics to enhance team performance and achieve competitive success
Monitor athletes’ progress and provide feedback to improve skills, strength, and endurance
Ensure that all training activities comply with safety standards and establish a safe environment for players
Motivate and inspire students to foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Scout and evaluate potential team members, and coordinate tryouts and selection processes
Coordinate with school management and parents regarding team schedules, competitions, and events
Oversee the setup and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment
Track and maintain records of athlete performance and team statistics
Organize and supervise participation in inter-school competitions, tournaments, and matches
