Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
Provide detailed product information and recommendations
Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Requirements:

Proven experience as a salesman or in retail sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
