Description

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the store manager in maximizing sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate store staff and daily operations.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed properly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and receiving.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Train and guide junior staff on customer service and company policies.
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail or store supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays.
