Store Supervisor/Store Showroom Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including product availability, pricing and smooth delivery of items to the Customers. Other duties entail managing the staff and customers, and controlling finances. Also need to train new employees and schedule shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Develop store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
– Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
– Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
– Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
– Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
– Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
– Organize and maintain Inventory and Storage Area
– Ensure Dispatch’s and Inventory Transactions’ accuracy
– Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work Procedures and Practices
– Confer and coordinate activities with other Departments
– Build a strong relationship of respect and trust with the Customers
