Description

Responsibilities:
Operate the cash register, scan products, and process transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments efficiently.
Assist customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service.
Bag groceries and ensure the items are packed carefully.
Resolve any pricing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Monitor and manage the cash drawer, ensuring accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness as needed.
Adhere to store policies and procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is a plus.
Strong math and numerical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle cash responsibly.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
