Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support staff in delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide store staff during shifts

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

Ensure shelves are stocked and store is clean and organized

Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards

Manage daily cash handling and sales reporting

Implement company policies and health/safety standards

Train and support new staff members

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail or supermarket supervision

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
