JOB OPENING: SUPERMARKET SUPERVISOR

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to join our dynamic team! As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory levels. You’ll play a key role in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees

Monitor store performance and drive sales and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Maintain proper inventory levels and order stock when needed

Ensure the store layout and displays are neat and up to company standards

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff productivity

Open and close the store as needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

2+ years of experience in a retail or supermarket environment

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Basic understanding of inventory systems and POS operations

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
