About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to lead daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you have a passion for retail and strong leadership skills, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support floor staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintain stock levels, oversee inventory, and coordinate with suppliers

Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies

Report to the Store Manager on daily operations and issues

Requirements:
Previous retail or supervisory experience (1–3 years preferred)

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is a plus
