About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and dependable Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team of staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Supervise and coordinate staff schedules and tasks
 Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
 Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
 Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders
 Enforce store policies, health and safety standards
 Assist with opening and closing procedures
 Train new employees and support staff development

Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business/Retail Management is a plus)
 2+ years experience in a retail or supermarket setting
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
 Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, stock management)
