 Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supermarket Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, support staff performance, ensure high-quality customer service, and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.

 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of store staff

Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews

Ensure proper inventory management and shelf stocking

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Support in opening and closing procedures

Assist with stock ordering and receiving deliveries

Report any operational or staffing issues to the Store Manager

 Requirements

Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations

Proven leadership or supervisory skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software, etc.)
