We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily purchasing and procurement activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies.
Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Maintain inventory levels and update stock records.
Prepare purchase orders, invoices, GRN, and related documents.
Support logistics arrangements for import/export and local deliveries.
Ensure timely replenishment of materials as per company requirements.
Maintain accurate data in ERP/MS Excel and prepare reports.
Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.
Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily operations.
