Position: Teacher Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our educators in providing quality education to students. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom management, lesson preparation, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in preparing and organizing lesson plans and materials.
Support students during classroom activities, ensuring they remain engaged and on task.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Monitor student behavior and assist in managing classroom discipline.
Provide individual support to students who need extra help.
Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and other activities as needed.
Assist in grading assignments, organizing records, and tracking student progress.
Communicate with parents and staff regarding student needs and concerns.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in education is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
Flexibility to adapt to various classroom needs and schedules.
