Position Available: Teacher Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support teachers in the classroom by helping manage student activities, provide individualized attention, and ensure a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson materials and activities.
 Support students with their academic tasks, providing guidance and encouragement.
 Help manage classroom behavior and ensure students are following instructions.
 Monitor and supervise students during class, recess, and lunch periods.
 Assist with grading assignments, maintaining student records, and organizing materials.
 Collaborate with the teaching team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
 Provide administrative support to the teacher as needed.
 Attend school meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in education or related field is preferred).
 Experience: Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is preferred but not required.
 Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward children.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
