 Position Available: Teacher Assistant
 Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support the classroom teacher and contribute to the academic success of students. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing individual support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist the teacher in preparing and organizing lesson plans and teaching materials.
 Help manage the classroom, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
 Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
 Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
 Supervise students during breaks and other non-classroom activities.
 Help with administrative tasks, including organizing materials and resources.
 Support the teacher in implementing classroom activities and ensuring student participation.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education or a related field is a plus.
 Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting or as a teaching assistant is preferred.
 Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work with students of different ages and abilities.
