 Position Available: Teacher Assistant
 Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our teachers in providing a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist with classroom management, help students with their learning tasks, and ensure that the classroom runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and activities.
 Help students individually or in small groups with assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
 Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
 Help manage classroom behavior and ensure students are following school rules.
 Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, as directed by the teacher.
 Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
 Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading papers and maintaining records.
 Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other non-classroom activities.
 Help prepare and set up classroom resources for lessons.
 Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in education is a plus).
 Experience: Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred.
 Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well in a team.
 Other: A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
