Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our team and support classroom instruction. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.

Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in preparing lesson materials and activities

Support students with learning tasks and classroom participation

Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and activities

Provide individualized attention to students as needed

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Help with grading assignments and recording student progress

Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
 Experience working with children (classroom or childcare experience preferred)
 Strong communication and teamwork skills
 Patience and a positive attitude
 Ability to pass a background check
