Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery

Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning

Help maintain classroom discipline and order

Supervise students during activities, lunch, recess, or field trips

Prepare teaching materials and resources as needed

Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records

Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in an educational setting (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

High school diploma or higher qualification (Education-related degree is a plus)
