Description

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Teacher Assistant to support our teaching staff in daily classroom activities. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in creating a positive learning environment, help manage students, and provide educational and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom setups.

Support students individually or in small groups to enhance learning.

Supervise students during classes, breaks, and school activities.

Help maintain discipline and ensure a safe and positive classroom environment.

Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records.

Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar educational role is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, compassionate, and able to work well with children.

Good organizational and teamwork skills.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education or a related field preferred.
