Description

We are looking for a caring and motivated Teacher Assistant to support teachers in daily classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and lesson activities.

Support students during lessons, group work, and assignments.

Supervise students during classes, breaks, and school activities.

Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, clean learning space.

Assist in grading assignments and keeping student records organized.

Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when needed.

Perform additional duties assigned by the class teacher or school management.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in an educational environment preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about helping children learn.

Good organizational and teamwork skills.

Diploma or degree in Education or a related field is an advantage.
