Description

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in managing daily academic and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children and be able to assist in creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in daily lessons and activities.

Help students with classwork, homework, and learning tasks.

Provide individual support to students who need extra help.

Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and school activities.

Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning resources.

Maintain classroom cleanliness, discipline, and safety.

Assist in organizing school events, activities, and parent meetings.

Track student attendance and support basic record-keeping.

Ensure a supportive and friendly environment for students.

Perform additional tasks assigned by the teacher or school administration.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a school environment is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, responsibility, and a positive attitude with children.

Ability to follow instructions and support teachers effectively.

Basic knowledge of classroom management.

Must be currently inside the UAE.
