Job Opportunity: Teacher’s Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources.
Help with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support individual students or small groups with their academic tasks and activities.
Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records.
Monitor and supervise students during class activities, recess, and other school events.
Prepare and organize classroom displays and educational resources.
Communicate with students, parents, and teachers to address any concerns or provide updates.
Support the implementation of lesson plans and educational programs.
Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing classroom supplies.

Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students and collaborate with teachers.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in education is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
