We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products & services.
Engage in persuasive communication to encourage customers to purchase the company’s offerings.
Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent service.
Handle objections effectively and offer solutions to secure sales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong customer service skills and sales orientation.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
