Telesales Representative Required
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Provide detailed information about products and services over the phone
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions
Follow up with customers to close sales or gather feedback

Requirements:
Proven experience in a telesales or similar role is preferred
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and self-motivated personality
