We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and explain products or services to customers, understanding their needs
Maintain and update customer records and contact details
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide effective solutions
Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships
Record and report on sales activity and performance

Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Fluency in English
