Description

We are hiring Ticketing Agent, who is responsible for issuing airline or transportation tickets, assisting clients with bookings, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role ensures smooth and accurate ticketing operations while maintaining company standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets for flights, buses, or other transportation.

Assist customers with reservations, schedule changes, and special requests.

Provide accurate fare quotes and explain ticketing rules, policies, and fees.

Manage online booking systems, GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions.

Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal departments for smooth operations.

Maintain records of ticketing transactions and reports for management.

Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, seat selection, or packages.
Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and financial procedures.
