As a Transport Coordinator within our travel and tourism company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transportation for our clients, along with coordinating hotel bookings and UAE visa arrangements. You will be responsible for managing transportation logistics, scheduling transfers, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall travel experience.

Transportation Coordination: Plan and coordinate transportation services for clients, including airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and intercity travel, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Hotel Bookings: Assist clients in booking accommodations based on their preferences and budget, providing recommendations and arranging reservations as needed.
UAE Visa Arrangements: Facilitate the visa application process for clients traveling to the UAE, ensuring compliance with all visa requirements and assisting with documentation and submissions.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and visa processing agencies to ensure smooth coordination of services and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
