We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
Provide travel advice, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning.
Research and recommend destinations, travel packages, and promotions.
Handle travel cancellations, changes, and refunds.
Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
Stay updated with the latest travel regulations and industry trends.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
