Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel and Ticketing Operator to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, ticketing, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Book and issue airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and travel packages.
Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Ensure all bookings comply with company and airline policies.
Process payments and provide receipts for transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
Previous experience in travel booking or ticketing is preferred.
Proficiency with GDS (Global Distribution System) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
